I was connected with Josh through a good friend, as I had an urgent need to secure financing for a company purchase. Mind you, this was at the end of the week on Friday. Josh called me at 7:30pm Friday night, and by 8am Saturday morning the financing was secured, meanwhile I had other financiers telling me it would take at least 2 weeks, or that it wasn't even possible in the required timeframe at all.
